Where independent yards lose money

Availability is checked live against the database when a quote or booking is made, so the second booking is refused.

Damage reports hold photos and the repair cost, and the deposit deduction is tracked to the cent.
The contract nobody can find
A paper form in a drawer, or a PDF in someone's inbox, when a customer disputes what they agreed to.
Contracts are signed online and stored with a SHA-256 hash, so any later change to the file is detectable.

What is Nexovil?
Nexovil is rental management software for independent rental yards. It handles quotes, bookings with live availability, signed contracts, QR check-out and check-in, damage reports and deposits, delivery route sheets and maintenance in one system.
Who is Nexovil built for?
Independent yards with one to three locations and roughly 50 to 500 items: party and event rental, tool and equipment rental, AV rental and trailer rental.
How much does Nexovil cost?
Starter is $99 a month, Pro is $249 a month and Business is $499 a month, billed monthly in US dollars. Every plan includes unlimited team members, so the price does not grow when you add staff.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The trial lasts 14 days, gives you full Pro access and does not ask for a credit card. If you do not choose a plan, the account becomes read-only and you keep 30 days to export your data.
Does it work on a phone in the yard?
Yes. Nexovil installs to an iPhone or Android home screen as a web app, with no app store needed. Yard staff scan QR codes with the phone camera, and offline mode on Pro and Business keeps scanning working when the signal drops.
Can I move my spreadsheet into Nexovil?
Yes. CSV import is included on every plan, so you can bring in your item list instead of retyping it. CSV export is included too, so your data is never locked in.
How does Nexovil prevent double bookings?
Availability is checked live against the database each time a quote or booking is made. Two staff members cannot reserve the same unit for overlapping times, and back-to-back rentals are handled with half-open time ranges.
Is my customers' data safe?
Each organisation's data is isolated at the database with Row Level Security, traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher, and signing links are stored only as hashes. Nexovil does not claim certifications it does not hold. The Security page lists what is in place and what is not.
Do you sell my data or use it to train AI?
No to both. Nexovil never sells your data, never shares it with advertisers or data brokers, and never uses it to train AI models of any kind. We earn money from your monthly subscription and nothing else.
