Yes. Pooled items are tracked by quantity, so a booking for 80 chairs reduces what is available for those dates. Items that need their own history, such as tents, are tracked as individual units.
Can customers sign the rental contract online?
Yes. Each customer gets a single-use secure link that expires. The signed PDF is stored with a SHA-256 hash, plus the IP address and user agent recorded at signing.
Does it help with delivery?
On Pro and Business, route sheets print one page per driver with stops sorted by time, grouped by day and address.
