How we make money
A rental yard's customer list, bookings and contracts are the business. Software that profits from them has a reason to look at them. We would rather have none.
Nexovil is paid for by subscription. Starter is $99 a month, Pro is $249 and Business is $499, and every plan includes unlimited team members. There are no data deals, no advertising and no per-user fees behind the price.

Providers that run the service
These companies process data on our behalf, under our Data Processing Agreement, so the service can work.
- Cloudflare: Hosting, DNS and content delivery
- Supabase: Database, authentication and file storage
- Lemon Squeezy: Subscription billing and payment processing
- Maileroo: Transactional email delivery
When the law requires it
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or in response to valid requests from public authorities, as the Privacy Policy describes.
If the business changes hands
The Privacy Policy allows information to be transferred in a merger, sale or financing. We state that here because an honest promise includes its edges.
What this page cannot promise
No company can promise it will never have a security problem, and Nexovil does not hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA or PCI DSS certification.
What we can promise is how we behave: we do not sell your data, we do not train AI on it, and we are plain about the controls that protect it. The Security page lists them, limits included.

Partly, yes. The promise is written in the Privacy Policy, the providers that process data are listed on the Security page, and this website sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies, which you can confirm in your browser's developer tools.
